For picking racks

The ANGI (Angle) system is primarily designed for order-picking racks where the opened cartons are accessed on the various levels partly from above and partly from the front.

A part of the lid as well as a part of the front of the carton is cut out diagonally in order to get to the goods.

Here, the carton can either be cut or only perforated, provided that the carton is to be transported on to its destination, e.g. picking shelf. The lid/front cut-out can then be removed by hand without tools.

Carton sizes

The carton sizes to be processed can be defined customer-specifically. However, the minimum size should not be less than (LxWxH) 160 x 140 x 100 mm.

Essential aspect 

ANGI processes cartons chaotically - different sizes without pre-sorting. Each carton is measured individually before processing.

The cost saving compared to manual opening is approx. 80 - 90 %.
