In addition to parcel openers, more and more bags / films are being used for shipping goods. The opening of "flexible" packaging requires different techniques. We therefore offer the following products for this purpose:
PEP
The opening of shipping bags, etc. is fully automatic using PEP (polyethylene propylene). The flexible outer packaging is fed into the system individually via a conveyor belt. Gravity is then used to remove the product inside as far as possible from the cutting edge. The blade then cuts the upper edge of the packaging. The inner product is not cut. The contents are then tipped out onto a conveyor belt and the packaging is dropped into a container.
PER
Shipping bags, etc. are opened fully automatically using PER (polyethylene/propylene recycling). The flexible outer packaging is fed into the system individually via a conveyor belt. They can then be cut by a blade from below. The goods on the inside can be cut if necessary. The contents are then tipped out onto a discharge conveyor belt and the packaging is dropped into a container.
DET
The DET system (de-foiling technology) cuts wrappings - preferably on pallets. For this purpose, the pallet structure is measured and a cutting unit then cuts from top to bottom. The cut film is deposited to the side.
