Small boxes / cartons under 10 cm high
Push is designed for small boxes / cartons under 10 cm high, which are pushed past fixed knife blades by a conveyor belt driver.
The cartons are aligned accordingly and cut open horizontally as they pass by laterally mounted blades. If a third and / or fourth lateral cut is desired, the cartons pass one or two additional blades after a 90° shift.
With this system, small, lightweight corrugated cardboard boxes can be cut to millimetre accuracy at a specific height.
Applications
General: Small/smallest parts that are in several boxes but are only picked individually;
In the household sector: cooking spoons, dummies, card games, etc.
In the medical field: submissions of tissue samples
In the industrial sector: screws, nuts, washers, etc.
The cost saving compared to manual opening is approx. 80 %.
