Incoming goods: depalletising, unpacking and processing cartons - all fully automated.
One or more industrial robots work together in an optimised way and perfect the goods receipt. The robots can work alone or together with the ALS package openers BOS or WIM. In this way, depalletising robots and parcel openers can now work hand in hand, even in the tightest of spaces, precisely according to customer specifications.

The ROC Parcel Opener is a tailor-made product consisting of one or more robots, such as a depalletiser, a parcel opener and the corresponding belt systems, as well as solutions such as e.g. pouring out, removal of goods, pulling off of film sack - up to carton disposal.
Faster processing of the cartons to be emptied by depalletising, automatic opening and subsequent automatic further processing or transfer to subsequent units, leads to an enormous increase in efficiency. In addition, the physical strain and risk of injury to the employees is again considerably reduced.
Tailored to your needs
Receiving deliveries, depalletising cartons, opening cartons and then removing the goods and feeding them to production or the warehouse, these are dull and recurring operations that can ideally be handled by machines. ROC is designed for this and is available individually adapted and integrated according to your wishes.
By using modern industrial robots, such a ROC (Robot Cell) system can be integrated into existing plants in the smallest possible space and individually adapted to the individual area of application.
A robotic cell ROC contains special cutting knives for the special application and can therefore also process chaotic incoming goods quickly and efficiently.
